  • Prices shown include GST and any applicable charges.

2. Orders & Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be modified post-confirmation.
  • We may cancel orders due to stock limitations or pricing errors.
  • You may cancel before dispatch without penalties.

3. Returns & Refunds

Subject to our separate Return & Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content—text, images, logos—is owned by Aryaki and may not be reproduced without consent.

5. Legal & Compliance

  • We comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and E‑Commerce Rules, 2020.
  • Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within 30 days via our grievance officer.
  • You may escalate unresolved issues via E‑Daakhil/E‑Jagriti or consumer forums.
